🦃 PRIMARY USAGE — ROASTED TURKEY (MAIN FEATURE)

Perfect for Thanksgiving centerpiece turkeys of any size.

Ingredients:

  • Whole turkey (any size)

  • ½ cup melted butter or olive oil

  • 2–3 Tbsp Patriot Poultry Blend

  • 1 cup chicken broth (for roasting pan)

  • Optional cavity aromatics: 1 onion (halved), 1 lemon (halved)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Pat turkey dry thoroughly — crispy skin starts here.

  3. Brush entire turkey with melted butter or oil.

  4. Apply 2–3 Tbsp PPB over the skin and cavity.

  5. Add 1 cup broth to the roasting pan.

  6. Roast 13–15 minutes per pound until:

    • Breast = 165°F

    • Thigh = 170–175°F

  7. Rest 20–30 minutes to let juices regroup.

🦃 HERB BUTTER FOR TURKEY SKIN

Restaurant-level turkey with minimal effort.

Instructions:

  1. Mix:

    • 1 stick softened butter

    • 2–3 tsp PPB

  2. Loosen turkey skin gently.

  3. Spread herb butter underneath the skin and over the top.

  4. Roast as normal.
