Return & Refund Policy

At OOH-RAH Seasoning, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted products and want every customer to be confident in their purchase.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Food Products

Due to food safety regulations, all seasoning, spice, dip, coffee, and other edible product sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Defective due to packaging issues

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photographs of the damaged product and shipping package (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund

  • Other reasonable resolution at our discretion

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise (such as apparel, drinkware, cutting boards, and other non-food products) may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging (when applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Seasonings

  • Spice blends

  • Coffee products

  • Dip mixes

  • Gift boxes containing food products

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped or has been delivered through our Local Delivery by Appointment service, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
