Shipping Policy

At OOH-RAH Seasoning, LLC, every order is prepared with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that goes into every bottle we produce. We appreciate your business and work hard to get your order shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipment confirmation

  • Tracking number (when available)

  • Carrier information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other events beyond our control

Local Delivery by Appointment

As a courtesy to our local customers, OOH-RAH Seasoning, LLC offers complimentary Local Delivery by Appointment within a 25-mile radius of Rockwall, Texas.

If you are located within this service area, you may select Local Delivery by Appointment during checkout.

After your order is received, we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed-upon delivery time and public meeting location.

To help ensure the safety and convenience of everyone involved:

  • Local delivery is free within a 25-mile radius of Rockwall, Texas.

  • Deliveries are made by appointment only.

  • Deliveries are made at a safe, public location agreed upon by both parties.

  • Customers should arrive at the scheduled meeting time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • OOH-RAH Seasoning, LLC reserves the right to decline or modify a requested meeting location if another nearby public location is more appropriate or safer.

If your delivery address is outside our 25-mile local service area, standard shipping options will be available during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of any damaged packaging or products (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, OOH-RAH Seasoning, LLC primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
