🔥 PRIMARY DEPLOYMENT – HOLIDAY SMOKED HAM (SIGNATURE RECIPE)

Hammer Down Glazed Smoked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (spiral, bone-in, or boneless)

  • 3–4 Tbsp Hammer Down

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup honey or pineapple juice

  • Optional: 2 Tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Set smoker to 225°F.

  2. Score the top of the ham (cross-hatch).

  3. Coat ham lightly with 1–2 Tbsp Hammer Down.

  4. Smoke until internal temp hits 120°F.

  5. Mix glaze:

    • ¼ cup Hammer Down

    • ½ cup brown sugar

    • ¼ cup honey or pineapple juice

  6. Brush glaze on ham.

  7. Continue smoking to 140°F internal temp.

  8. Rest 20 minutes before slicing.

Result: Deep holiday sweetness, warm spice, clean heat, and a glossy tactical glaze.

🔥 SECONDARY DEPLOYMENT – OVEN-ROASTED HOLIDAY HAM

(No smoker needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Score ham and rub with 2 Tbsp Hammer Down.

  3. Add 1 cup water or pineapple juice to bottom of pan.

  4. Bake 13–15 minutes per pound until 120°F.

  5. Apply glaze (same recipe as above).

  6. Increase heat to 375°F for 10–15 minutes to caramelize.

  7. Remove at 140°F internal temp.

Great for: small kitchens, apartment dwellers, cold-weather holiday cooks.

🔥 RECOMMENDED PAIRING – HOLIDAY CARROTS / SWEET POTATOES

Instructions

  1. Toss sliced carrots or sweet potatoes with oil.

  2. Add 1–2 tsp Hammer Down per pound.
