Hammer Down Glazed Smoked Ham
Ingredients
1 fully cooked ham (spiral, bone-in, or boneless)
3–4 Tbsp Hammer Down
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey or pineapple juice
Optional: 2 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Set smoker to 225°F.
Score the top of the ham (cross-hatch).
Coat ham lightly with 1–2 Tbsp Hammer Down.
Smoke until internal temp hits 120°F.
Mix glaze:
¼ cup Hammer Down
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup honey or pineapple juice
Brush glaze on ham.
Continue smoking to 140°F internal temp.
Rest 20 minutes before slicing.
Result: Deep holiday sweetness, warm spice, clean heat, and a glossy tactical glaze.
🔥 SECONDARY DEPLOYMENT – OVEN-ROASTED HOLIDAY HAM
(No smoker needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Score ham and rub with 2 Tbsp Hammer Down.
Add 1 cup water or pineapple juice to bottom of pan.
Bake 13–15 minutes per pound until 120°F.
Apply glaze (same recipe as above).
Increase heat to 375°F for 10–15 minutes to caramelize.
Remove at 140°F internal temp.
Great for: small kitchens, apartment dwellers, cold-weather holiday cooks.

Instructions
Toss sliced carrots or sweet potatoes with oil.
